The Magic Key: Meditation
I would be pleased to help you understand the value of, and the techniques of Meditation. This introductory book is a good beginning and has some helpful meditation ideas at the end of the book.
The Magic Key: Meditation
The clear illustrations are direct and helpful in this basic book about how and why to include meditation in your regular routines.
Even for more adept practitioners, there are focus suggestions to get the session started. The brief references to subtle body systems, colors, and other “bits and pieces” of information will help anyone find ways to tap into the special kind of magic that meditation can bring. To quote the conclusion of the book: “Take the time for yourself. Be creatively selfish! Once you do, you will have a richer inner storehouse of vitality. From this storehouse, you will have more to draw upon to share with others.”

Here is my tease: These are excerpts from some of the chapters in this book.
So you are interested in learning how to meditate. Welcome to a new state of peace, relaxation and enlightenment. Your personal journey into yourself will be quite rewarding.
Begin by taking a look at what you personally want to achieve through your meditation experience. Are you looking for:
- Relaxation and rest?
- A calming action to relieve those terrible tensions and anxieties?
- A better knowledge of yourself? Patience? Tolerance? A special skill?
- Inspiration?
- Intuition?
- Spiritual growth?
- A satisfied curiosity?
- Something else?
All of these are excellent motives.
Sort through your motives and decide what you really want to accomplish. You will achieve more by pre-setting your own goals before beginning. Don=t worry about it, though. If you have no pre-set need or goal, just a desire to try meditation, the results will still be terrific!
There really are many benefits to be gained through the practice of meditation…
…..Through taking time for yourself, and thinking things through in a meditative state, you can certainly begin to know yourself better. You discover many hidden parts of yourself that are usually set aside on a mental shelf during your daily life. Once your thought processes become more orderly, you have time, energy and desire to look at yourself and discover who you really are. That is wondrous!
By teaching yourself mind control and the ability to think things through with detachment, you will be amazed at your increased patience and tolerance in most situations! You can learn to look at the problem with less emotion. It won’t always work, but most of the time it will at least help. When working with areas of patience and tolerance, any improvement is terrific. Right!?!
That special skill you want to work on; be it intuition, spiritual growth or inspiration; can have the opportunity to grow and become real once you give yourself the opportunity to stop and contemplate. Relaxation and serenity through meditation can be the key for you……
When we effectively alter the KEY POWER through our own thought process, we create change. This is what is referred to by the saying “thoughts are things” and “creative mind control.” We can visualize and mentally produce change, thereby changing energetic frequencies and manifesting “things” as we imagine them. Whatever you believe can, and usually does, impact reality in some form.
Most of us have scrambled messages running around in all different directions, confused thinking and reacting. Most times, these messages negate each other or just get lost in the jumble. When we learn how to control our random thoughts and put them to a creative use, then we have the positive ability to effect positive change.
Each of us in our earthly bodies is just as much matter as a chair, water, or the Earth itself. When we learn to send the proper electronic command, then we are more likely to elicit the proper response.
