Having chosen (on the spiritual level) to experience three Near Death Experiences, which were actually death experiences from which I chose to return to my earthly body, I know the beauty of “being” in both realities. Three times my guides and angels have given me the choice of whether to stay on the other side and let my physical body die, or to return to my body and continue this life. It was never an easy choice. The beauty, peace, and all-encompassing wisdom combined with the beauty of loving souls truly envelopes you and creates a longing to stay there, on the other side. The very idea of leaving and returning to life in physical form on earth is challenging, no matter how much we love life itself. Being the one to make the choice is all encompassing and overwhelming.

Although I longed to stay on the other side of the veil, I made the choice each time to return to my life and my responsibilities on earth.

Each time I felt the pull of those I cherished in physical form, and felt a powerful sense of responsibility for completing the tasks I had agreed to undertake in this lifetime. While physically dead I had been reminded of the work that was still incomplete and the lives I was destined to touch. I admit that the love for my husband and children and how my leaving them would impact their lives was the most compelling thing that drew me back from the NDE. Yet equally as important was the fact that I had made a soul covenant which I would have left incomplete if I did not choose to wake up in my body and continue this lifetime journey.

I made the right choice each time.
